The EUROPE AT WORK: Diversity in the European Workplace Training Manual will be available in 9 languages and is designed for a wide range of users, including personnel officers, human resources development managers, and management training consultants. It is also of great use to Trades Unions, other employee representative bodies, and individuals, all of whom may be confronted by issues arising from the intercultural workplace.
The EUROPE AT WORK: Diversity in the European Workplace Training Manual builds on the experiences of the partners and the issues raised in the national reports and the case studies, all of which are reported in the documentation on this website. It covers typical situations which could arise in any of the 10 partner countries, in areas such as education, health, police, retail stores, construction and transport.

EUROPE AT WORK: Diversity in the European Workplace DVD
The EUROPE AT WORK: Diversity in the European Workplace DVD consists of an Introduction and 13 scenarios which present core issues of intercultural conflict in the form of mini-dramas. The dramatisations appear to be set in no particular place yet are applicable to similar types of situations which can and do occur in workplaces across Europe.
The sample scenarios downloadable below are in spoken English. On the DVD, the dialogues are subtitled in Bulgarian, Finnish, German, Greek, Italian, Norwegian, Polish and Swedish. For further information regarding the DVD and other EIW products, please contact the partner in your area.
